House organ with the sounds typical of a Baroque organ.
With the idea of fusing aesthetics and sound into a single entity, a classical case was designed following 17th-century models.
This organ is suitable primarily for German, and to some extent for Spanish, French and Italian organ repertoire. Owing to the extensive registration, it is also possible to make real music with this practice instrument. The specification was developed together with the client, with Benjamin Guélat as consultant.
The Aliquots are scaled as Principals, and replace the Mixture. The 8' Principal is open from low F and from A0 in the Prospect. As a special feature, and for reasons of space, we developed a partial-length 16' reed stop with swell function in the pedal. This results in a fresh, colourful organ sound.
